Water Main Break Update #3
UPDATE: 1/14/26 4:30 PM - Water service has been restored and we appreciate your understanding UPDATE: 1/14/26 @ 2:15 pm - Crews have isolated the leak and repairs are being completed now. They estimate the water shall be restored by 4 p.m. today. We greatly appreciate your understanding. Also, S Penn. Ave. will remain closed from Foskey Lane to Spruce Street until approximately noon tomorrow. UPDATE: 1/14/26 @ 1:20 pm - We appreciate all your patience. Public Works is still attempting to remove the water within the location of leak so the necessary repairs can be completed. Please be aware that this is a 10-inch water main and several crews are on site to have this situation resolved as quickly as possible. Please be informed that Delmar, MD residents are experiencing a low flow or no flow of water in their residence. There was a water line compromised on S Pennsylvania Avenue and they are working to get it repair as soon as possible. This was not planned and we greatly appreciate your understanding.
