The Chief Financial Officer works closely with the Town Manager, Joint Council, and department heads to prepare and implement the annual budget.  She also prepares and distributes monthly budget reports that provide current statistics on revenue and expenditure line items, issues purchase orders, receives invoices, and prepares checks.  The Chief Financial Officer works with the vendors to ensure current W-9 forms and certificates of insurance are on file, as well as handling vendor inquiries.
