The Municipal Clerk processes the tax billings for the Town of Delmar and the utility billing for Delmar Utility Commission. As well, supervises the daily functions of the front office of Town Hall. Works closely with the residents to handle any questions or concerns.
Not only can you recieve your Utility Bills via email residents can now sign up for Auto-Pay! Just click the link on the home screen of our website and follow the steps.
We will send an email 5 business day prior to completing the quarterly Auto-Pay.

Online payments made are not posted until the following business day.
Payments being made 24 hours prior to the disconnect date will not prevent disconnection. Also, online payments of a disconnected account will not result in automatic reconnection. If your account is pending disconnection or has been disconnected, please contact Delmar Town Hall during business hours, M-F, 8:00 – 4:30, to render payment. Thank you.
