Teal Construction has given us their tentative schedule and it is as follows: Street Name Duration of time of completion E. Chestnut Street 8 to 10 weeks S. Pennsylvania Avenue 2 weeks E. Pine Street 8 to 10 weeks W. Pine Street 2 weeks S. Maryland Avenue 3 to 4 weeks Third St & E. East St 3 to 4 weeks We expect invasive work to start at the beginning of June 2023 and weather permitting the above schedule may be subject to change. Parking for residents in project areas will be disrupted. We ask for your patience during this project and request you use caution during construction. The best news, once the sewer line replacement is completed, residents will have a freshly paved street!!!
