Guidelines for Teleconference Meetings

GUIDELINES FOR TELECONFERENCE MEETINGS 1. The Mayor will call the roll of the Commissioners to establish a quorum. 2. Each person speaking will identify themselves by name before beginning to comment. 3. The public will be required to mute the call on their end to avoid any interruption of the meeting. 4. If a member of the public wishes to speak about any matter on the agenda, that person is required to notify the Clerk of Council, Vondell Spencer, by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting of their desire to comment. You may contact the Clerk of Council at clerkofcouncil@gmail.com or by mail at 100 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, Delmar, DE/MD 21875. During the appropriate time during the meeting the Mayor may invite the member of the public that has requested to speak to unmute their phone and to make their comments. The public comments must be limited to the agenda item being discussed at that time. At the conclusion of the public comment the phone must again be muted to not interrupt the meeting.
