Old Racetrack Road at the Railroad Crossing between Brick Manor Rd and N Second Street in Delmar, DE. Delmarva Central Railroad forces will be performing track rehabilitation, resurfacing and general maintenance on their crossing on Old Racetrack Road in Delmar, Sussex County, estimated to begin at 6:00 am on Saturday, November 8, 2025. The Work will require the full closure of Old Racetrack Road. The closure will be in place 24 hours per day. The work is expected to be completed, and the detour lifted no later than 10 pm on Monday, November 10, 2025.
