EDU-Equivalent Dwelling Unit is a unit of measure for customers. For residential customers a single family dwelling unit is 1 EDU, a duplex is 2 EDUs, etc. Commercial customers are assigned EDUs based on 1 EDU being equal to 300 gallons per day of metered water and/or MD Ordinance No. 668 & DE Ordinance No. 71 definitions. |
